Where was the 1920 Congress session held? Why is this seesion so important?

The Indian National Congress Session of 1920 was held in Nagpur in Kolkata. This Session is important, because, here Gandhi Ji linked the issue of Swaraj (Self-Government) with the Khilafat demands and adopted the non-cooperation plan to attain the twin objectives.
