which amino acids does tRNA brings?why? How they binds it?

There are 20 amino acids and for each amino acid a specific tRNA is present. The tRNA pick up a particular activated amino acid only at CCA or 3'-end. The charged tRNAs take the same to mRNA over particular codons corresponding to their anticodons.
