Which are the institutions to be formed to develop a community disaster management committee?

1)  Social organisations like NSS, Scouts and Guides, Junior Red Cross volunteers, etc focus on being prepared to face risks faced by community during or before disaster strike

2)  Disaster Management Team would be developed in different areas in a State, village or town which form groups that are involved in avoiding disasters like Early Warning group, Search and Rescue operation, Trauma Counselling activity etc
