which is greater the attraction of earth for 1 kg iron or the attraction of 1 kg iron for earth(reason pls)

The force of attraction is same for both.  The gravitational force of attraction is exerted on the 1 kg iron by the earth.Then, according to the third law of motion, iron also exerts an equal and opposite force on the earth but there is a difference in their masses.
