Dear Student, Perennial irrigation is drilled up to permanent water table. It is also known as controlled irrigation. In this method, soil moisture is kept favorable for the growth of plant throughout the year by providing continuous water supply throughout the year(24*7 basis). Water supply is through canal distribution system. Regards
