Which method is better for recovering FeSO4 from FeSO4 solution by evaporation or crystallization ? Give reason for your answer

Crystallization is considered as a better technique to separate sugar from sugar solution.

Reason:-
Crystallization is a solid-liquid separation process in which solute get converted into the solid state from.the liquid solution. In this process, we get solid in the pure crystallized form. 

Some sugar molecules can decompose due to heating in the process of Evaporation.

In crystallization, we get sugar in pure crystallized form while in Evaporation impurities are present.

Hence, Crystallization is better method than evaporation to obtain sugar from sugar solution
