Which of the following rational numbers has a terminating decimal expansion ?
A) 13/507
B) 100/300
C) 126/270
D) 420/240

Dear student,
For a terminating decimal expansion, denominator should in the  form of 2× 5in the simplest form
13/507= 1/(3×13)
100/300=(1/3)
126/270= 7/(3×5)
420/240= 7/(22)
So only option D is in the required form.
Thus option D is correct
