Option C - right to protect one's culture

It comes under the cultural and educational rights.

Under article 29 and 30 the constitution guarantees certain cultural and educational rights.

A citizen shall not be denied admission into an educational institution maintained by the state receiving aid out-of-state funds on grounds only of religion , race, cast language or any of them.

The constitution protects the interests of the minorities in India. It provides that all minorities whether based on religion or language, shall have the right to establish and administer educational institution of their choice.

Hope this will help you....
