A. Cyclobutadiene has 4 pi electrons,  but it does not follow Huckel rule [4n+2=4, n=1/2.] As n is not a whole number , cyclobutadiene is not aromatic.

B.The compound given has a benzene ring attached to a side chain. We know benzene is an aromatic compound as it is planar and obeys Huckel rule. Thus the compound is aromatic.

C.The compund given is Phenol, which is an aromatic compound, which is cyclic ring, planar , having pi electrons and obeying Huckel rule.

D. Furan is aromatic,  because one of the lone pairs of electrons on the oxygen atom is delocalized into the ring, creating a 4n + 2 aromatic system. Also the compound is cyclic, and planar. Thus it is aromatic in nature.
