Rain water and tap water both of them conducts electricity.
rain water contains acidic gases in liquid form.
tap water contains ions which split on passage of electricity.

Out of three, rain water is sure to conduct electricity because it contains minerals which help in making this rain water conducting. Tap water is also conducting but, it is not as conducting as rain water because it contains lesser amount of minerals compared to rain water. Distilled water is sure that it will not conduct electricity because it does not contain any amount of minerals which makes it totally a bad conductor of electricity
