Statement B is  correct . In human ,the process of erythropoeisis starts initially  in the yolk sac, then switches to the fetal liver in the second gestational month. After birth, erythropoesis occurs in the bone marrow. 

Statement C is correct. Myeloid cells can develop into red blood cells, white blood cells (other than lymphocytes), or platelets are present in bone marrow. 

Statement D is incorrect. distilled water will flow into the RBC, thereby increasing its size or swell and eventually, causing it to lyse.
Statement E is incorrect. Haemocrit volume is the volume percentage of red blood cells in blood. 

Hence 2 false statements.
