which statement is true ?

natural numbers are finite
whole numbers are not finite 
0 is smallest natural number
0 is the only whole number which is not a natural number

The statement 'whole numbers are not finite' is true because there are infinite whole numbers starting from 0,1,2,3,4,............,12123,......to infinity and '0 is the only whole number which is not a natural number' is true because whole number starts from 0 while natural number starts from 1,.... upto infinity
