Which subject is inclined in residency list
Residuary subjects are matters which are not included in any of the three lists. The right to make laws on these subjects is called residuary power. The central government (the Parliament) has been given rights to legislate on these subjects. Some of the subjects included in this list are computer technology, software and hardware, internet regulation etc. These subjects are called residuary subjects because they were not existent at the time of the framing of the Constitution.
