which sulcus separates pareital lobe of cerebral hemisphere from occipital lobe ?give the function of occipital lobe of human brain

Dear Student

Central sulcus separates the parietal lobe from the frontal lobe.
Parieto-occipital sulcus separates the parietal and occipital lobes.

The main function of the occipital lobe is to process the visual stimuli and information received from the eyes. This part of brain is responsible for specific functions such as visual perception and colour recognition.
