Practise all kinds of difficult questions for Physics and Chemistry. Also, try mugging up all the Biology definitions extremely well.

I am not a DPS student, but even I passed class 10 this year and am now in class 11 PCMB (Science stream). I too had to give an Entrance exam for Maths and Science in my school! :D
