F = mass (m) x acceleration (a)

or F = ma

now, the force to be applied would be more if either m,a (or both) are large.

so, as per the question the force required to acclerate a 2 kg mass at 5m-2 would be

F = 2 x 5 = 10 N

now, the force required to acclerate a 4kg mass at 2m-2 would be

F' = 4 x 2 = 8N

so, as F > F', the force required to accelerate  2 kg mass at 5m-2 would be greater than the force required to acclerate a 4kg mass at 2m-2.
