Subject : Complaint against poor facilities and rude behaviour of the hotel staff

I am writing you to express my annoyance with the poor services provided in the hotel. I visited Jaipur along with my family last week. We chose to stay at your hotel as we found it very appealing from outside, but minutes later our views changed, once we entered the hotel. When we walked in, none from your staff offered their help to carry our luggage. Also when I asked them to provide us water bottles, they demanded for tip. Though I gave them money, they came after two hours with tap water in uncleaned glasses. Also, the behaviour of the hotel staff was very rude. They were not even ready to accept their mistakes. It has caused our stay unpleasant at the hotel. I and my family were so annoyed at the rude behaviour and poor facilities of the hotel staff.
Perhaps, it would be a good idea if you could check the hotel staff regularly to make sure that the hotel staff is well behaved and pleasant. You could also provide proper instructions and guidelines to your hotel staff to follow, whenever any guest arrived in your hotel.
