Who is affected by the false bay nature reserve protection of the wetland?

The False Bay Nature Reserve is situated near coast of North Natal in South Africa.
It contains two lake:
1. Rondevlei is a protected area reserve
2. Zeekoevlei is a residential area
Zeekoevlei is the main recreation node of the reserve, and has also had the most impact in terms of job opportunities. Earlier people used to earn their source of income by fishing and other lake side activities, but now it has become recreational reserve so people surviving on lake side are getting unemployed.
