Who is Manamegalai

Manimegalai was the beautiful daughter of Kovalan and Madhavi.She was a great follower of Buddhism.Her strong faith in Buddhism led her to become a dedicated Buddhist nun and eventually attain nirvana.A famous epic was written in her name by the Tamil Buddhist poet,Seethalai Saathanar.
