THE PRESIDENT IS THE HIGHEST EXECUTIVE AUTHORITY OF BOTH HOUSES....HE IS SELECTED BY MPs OF BOTH HOUSES.....HE HAS TO SECURE MAXIMUM MAJORITY TO GET ELECTED
