Who was Arthur Young ?? Explain his ideal

Arthur Young was an English author on economics, statistics and agriculture. He lived from 1741 to 1820. Young was also an eye witness to the beginning of the French Revolution and initially supported it. But by 1792, he had reversed his stand and started opposing the French Revolution due to the violence it caused.
