wht is possessive adjective

DEAR CHEELSY ,

Possessive adjectives represent the possessive forms of various personal pronouns such as 'I', 'You', 'He', 'She', 'It' and 'They'. These are necessarily followed by a noun, because as the name suggests, they signify the possession of something.

Example: "Yourpaintingis with the class teacher".

"Hiscaris brown in appearance".

"Theirhouseis located in the suburbs of the city".

You must also note that a possessive adjective is always followed by a noun whereas a possessive pronoun is not. PL. CHEELSY MY FRIEND THUMBS UP FOR ME !!!!!!!!!!!!!
