why 0 is not in roman numerals

Dear Student,

During the Roman era, while the concept of zero existed (eg. there are no coins), it wasn't considered as a number that could be used to count. Moreover, as it is widely believed, the Indian mathematician Aryabhatta invented the digit 0. So, there is no zero in roman numerals.

  • -2
