In the process of IVF, best qualities 3 or 4 embryos are transferred to a woman's uterus after fertilization of the eggs outside the womb. Since, embryos are transferred from outside to the womb, therefore to increase the chances of proper implantation into the uterus , maximum of three embryos are inserted .
