why are classification systems changing every now and then ?

in this huge biodiversers world there no limit of new organims so the charater are also not limited might there  be some charater which can not be clasified in the hierchy of classification so it keep changing

Why are the classification systems changing every now and then?

  1. It is the nature of science to change as new evidence is provided. Especially over the past 20 or so years, genetics has been providing more and more evidence on how closely some organisms are related, causing groupings to have to be adjusted (one or a few species having to be switched from one genus to another, etc.)
  2. The same thing occurred around the invention of the microscope. At the time, there were only 2 major groups of organisms--plants and animals. With the microscope came the investigation of microscopic structures, allowing scientists to find big enough differences between the fungi and plants to form another phylum. Eventually, bacteria and protists were also put into their own phyla.  HOPE U GOT IT :)

Because people are inviting new things every now snd then

Classification system is changing every now and then because many new species are being discovered every now and then around the world and for classifying these new species the system has to be changed

As sci is very vast n deep as we dig into it we gets to know more n lots of unknown things n it's pretty hard to classify on our previous knowledge it might will create confusion so there is need to classify every now n then
