Why are Manufacturing expense put in the Trading A/c ?
Dear Student,
Such expenses are incurred by businessmen to manufacture or to render the goods in saleable condition viz., motive power, gas fuel, stores, royalties, factory expenses, foreman and supervisor's salary etc, that is why manufacturing expense are put in the trading a/c.
