why are regular salary employes more in urban areas than in rural areas

 When workers are engaged by someone or an enterprise and paid or regular basis they are known as regular salaried employees.

In urban areas regular salaried employees are more than rural areas because most of the government offices, establishment, Private corp. offices, school, colldgs and hospitals etc. are located in the urban areas.
