why are we not able to see the shadow of bird when it flying uu in the sky ? why are able 

to see it when it is near to the ground?

When the bird flies high the dark part of the shadow that is called umbra does not reach the ground so we do not see its shadow. While a low flying bird's shadow (umbra) reaches the ground so we see its shadow.
