Why did Aunt Jennifer select 'two' embroidered tigers on the pannel?

Aunt Jennifer chose to embroider tigers on the panel because they are the embodiment of a character which she cannot be. She longed to be like those tigers, free of all boundations, brave, strong, happy and confident. Hence, she chose to design them on the panel because even after her death, the tigers created by her would live and go on prancing across the screen without any fear.
