there are least 4 reasons why hunter gatherers moved from one place to the other. 1)if they stayed at one placefor a long time,they would have eaten up all the available plant and animal resources.therefore they would have had to go to elsewhere in searcg of food. 2)animals move from one place to another.that is why who hunted them had to follow their movements. 3)plants and trees bear fruit in different seasons.so people may have moved from season to season in search of different kinds of plants. 4)people plants and animals ned water to survive.water is foun in lakes,streams and rivers.people living on the banks would have had to goin search of water during the dry seasons.
