Why disorder in nervous system can not be treated?

Nerves in our body are countless.so judging out a disorder in a particular nerve is very difficult.it is almost impossible to judge out the disorder.now many treatments have come to rule out these disorders but still it cannot be cured totally i guess......

Coz....(because) brain is one of the important and most delicate organ of our body coz it is responsible for all the action and reaction that we do or that happens inside our body... so if there is any disorder, then first of all it is very tuff to detect it and secondly if it is being located then also there is a great risk of damage to the brain cells, coz a little fault in the operation may leads the patient to suffer with paralaysis and coma or in the worst case it even leads to death..........xxxxxxxx.

and that's why the disorder in nervous system cannot be treated.......

it cannot b treated bcoz it is difficult to determine the disease as there r many nerves & brain is d most delicate organ , so risk cannot b taken
