why dna copy is accompained by the creation of an additional cellular apparatus?and what does it mean that the dna copies seperate each with its own cellular apparatus and then the cell divides into two cells please explain me the whole statement....

Cell apparatus here means all the organelles, proteins, enzymes etc. Since a single cell divides to form two daughter cells, so the new cells produced need all the cellular apparatus to carry out the functions separately. Hence, DNA copying is accompanied by the creation of an additional cellular apparatus so as to distribute them equally among the new daughter cells.
Now the second part of question means that after completion of DNA copying, first nucleus divides (chromosomes/DNA separates that results in the formation of two nuclei. The division of nucleus is followed by division of cytoplasmic content (cellular apparatus or cell organelles). Finally, the two cells separate from each other by invagination of cell membrane to form two new daughter cells each with its own nucleus and other cell apparatus (Cytoplasm).
