Why do muscles and bones get weak if we don't take care of them.

Dear student, we should definitely avoid some things to keep our bones and muscles healthy. Like taking a low calcium diet ,lack of physical activity. Even gender is a factor.Women usually have thinner bones than men and the bones become weak due to continuous hormonal changes. Some of them have problems absorbing minerals which also cause bone loss. Get enough vitamin D .vitamin D helps reduce inflammation and regulate the immune system...
