why do spectacles get cloudy deposites on them on moving out from an air conditioned place car room etc .

The spectacles gets cloudy deposits on moving out of air conditioned place because in air conditioned place the spectacles get cold, on moving out the water vapours in air which are near the spectacles gets condense on the surface and give cloudy appearance. This is similar the water bottle kept outside from refrigerator gets small water droplets over it.
