As the mosquito bite the person ;the sporozoites move towards the liver ;within the liver they multiply and increasein number and than they attack the rbc ;resulting in rupture of rbcs which is associated with the release of haemozoin ;which is responsible for the chill and fever .so it is a long process and it take time to complete so symptoms are not shown immediately.
