why do we need a constitution? (In points plzz..)

Dear Student,

India’s Constitution is the supreme law of India. It defines the Government’s fundamental political values, policies, processes, powers, rights, and duties. It conveys constitutional supremacy & not parliamentary supremacy because it is not established by the Parliament but by a constituent assembly and adopted by its citizens, with a declaration in its preamble.
It is imperative to have a Constitution for the accompanying reasons:
1.It is a critical guideline of the country. The relationship of individuals with governments is chosen by this.
2.It puts down norms and methodology that are important to live in harmony for people having a place with different strict gatherings.
3.It sets out how the public authority will be picked and who will have the position and obligation to choose things.
4.It characterizes the boundaries of the public authority's control and educates us about individuals' privileges.
5.It mirrors the cravings of people to make a decent society.

Regards.
