Why do wet clothes dry faster in winter than in the rainy season?

In winters though the sun is not very hot but the air is dry i.e it does not contain much moisture so evaporation of water takes place faster then rainy season where the air is fully moist .

in winters the air so much humid means water particles or moisture is less where as in rainy season because of rain air becomes moisturised.

Because in winter the cold wind flows due to that it dry faster and in rainy the raing is falling and if we dry it at home it is than also wet
