Why do women not remain reproductive after the occurrence of menopause?

When a baby girl is born, limited numbers of eggs are already there in her ovary (undeveloped eggs).. when all the ovaries releases all of their eggs, it results in meno pause..which leads to the end of female reproductive activities.
