Small factories and workshops hire casual workers because they are paid on a daily basis. This enables the employers to hire them only when there is enough work for them to do.

small factories and workshops  hire casual workers as because  they work on the daily basis . They needed work so the factories give them work  as they have pay less money and the worker cannot complaint about the low vages he/she gets
