Why do you think smalll workshops and factories employ casual workers?

Small workshops and factories employ casual workers mainly due o following reason:
  1. Casual workers can be hired on temporary basis.
  2. Casual workers are paid low wages and that too on need basis.
  3. If workers complain about their pay or working conditions they can be asked to leave.
  4. The small workshops or factories employers are not responsible for job security or protection of the casual workers.
  5. They can be forced to work very long hours.
