Why does disguised unemployment not help to enhance the productivity of the country. Explain with the help of example?
1) Disguish unemployment is a type of unemployment where more people work in a particular task where these many people are not required and if some people are removed the total production is not affected .
2) Disguised Unemployment goes not contribute towards the countries economy .
In fact they are the cause for hindering development .
3) They work in a particular task and do not contribute any thing towards the G.D.P as of they are removed from that particular task the production is not affected.
4) For Example - (rural)
In a agricultural field there are 10 people working in a land of 1 acre.
If 4 people are removed from the field the total production remains the same and thus they do not contribute towards the production .
They could be sent to other sectors to work .
5) For Example ( Urban)
In the Tertiary Sector there are many small workers , painters , plumbers who do not get any work almost throughout the year and hence they keep sitting doing no job and hence do not contribute towards the country's economy .
This is why disguised Unemployment does not contribute towards the production.
