pole star is presnt in the direction of earth axies it does not appers to move ,the earth moves east to west

THE POLE STAR DOES NOT APPEAR TO MOVE BECAUSE IT APPEARS ABOVE THE EARTHS AXIS . AND WE SEE REMAINING STARS MOVING BECAUSE ITS INSIDE THE AXIS AND THE EARTH MOVES EAST TO WEST SO WE CAN SEE THE STARS MOVING WEST TO EAST.

THERE IS ONE ONE STAR WHICH DOES NOT APPEAR TO MOVE IN THE SKY. IT IS POLE STAR.THUS,THE STAR WHICH APPEARS STATIONARY FROM THE EARTH IS POLE STAR.THE POLE STAR ALWAYS REMAINS IN THE SAME POSITION IN THE SKY.THE POLE STAR APPEARS TO BE STATIONARY AND DOES NOT CHANGE TS POSITION WITH TIME BECAUSE IT LIES ON THE AXIS OF ROTATION OF EARTH.

The pole star is situated in the direction of earth's axis. Therefore it  appears as if it does not moves.

The North Star, appears stationary in the sky because it is positioned close to the line of Earth's axis projected into space. As such, it is the only bright star whose position relative to a rotating Earth does not change. All other stars appear to move opposite to the Earth's rotation beneath them.

It is directly above our head. As the earth rotates, we can only see its bottom hemisphere moving, unlike the other stars.

The imaginary line which cross from the Erath on poles leads to Pole star that is why it not seems to move .

the pole star is located in the centre of the earth.that is why it doesn't appear to move.although all the stars appear to move but actually does not move.

As you know stars are stable therefore  the pole star does not move it is stable at one place and can be only viewed from northern hemisphere.
  • -1
pole star was situated above the north axis of the earth so when earth goes round it does not seems to move like other stars
  • -1
Polaris appears almost stationary because it is very close to the celestial north pole. And that is the reason the star is unique in the whole sky.
