a common complaint of every family involved in the bangle making business is that there is no money to eat.when suggested to form a cooperative to save themselves from the vicious circle of middlemen. the people were beaten by the people and put in jail if they get organised. those people have no leader nor the awareness. they were caught in the ruthless cycle of poverty, aversion, greed, and injustice. they were caught in the vicious cycle of sahukars, middlemen, policemen, bureucrats, and politicians

The said so because if  someone get engage into work of bangle making it becomes like a trap for him because it become the inherited work

The author says that the bangle makers are caught in a vicious web because they are very poor and cannot afford any basic neccessities and also education. And when they doesnt get any education then they will absolutely do that work which their parents did. And makes them caught in a vicious web of poverty or makes them remain in perpetual state of poverty.
