why does the hot air Rises up words

The molecules of hotter air are more energetic and thus are farther apart compared to cooler/normal air. Due to this, the are less denser and thus comparatively lighter than cooler/normal air. Thus lightness gives hotter air a lift and it tends to rise.

See the activity below:

1.Take two paper bags of the same size. Hang the two bags in an inverted position on the two ends of a metal or a wooden stick. 
2.Tie a piece of thread in the middle of the stick. Hold the stick by the thread as in a balance.

  

3.Put a burning candle below one of the bags. 
4.The balance gets disturbed, with the bag with candle below it rising up. As the warm air is lighter than cold air, it rises up, pushing the bag above.
