Why does the urineoutput have inverse relationship with environmental temperature?

Urine output have inverse relationship with environmental temperature, lower the temperature more will be the urine production. It is because  in  winters with  lower temperature human body does not need to sweat . So, the excess water is moves out of the body through urine only.
