I would like to corrrect you here. E-commerce requires highly skilled workers whereas traditional business requires semi-skilled workers. E-commerce is a technology enabled business & is carried through internet & other technologies for which highly skilled & professional human resources are required. This is because highly skilled workers are well verse with computer & internet & can appropriately handle queries & orders from the customers. On the other hand, traditional business does not use the modern technology so it can be easilly run with the semi-skilled workers.
