Why electrical conductance decreases with increase of temperature??
Dear student,
Higher temperature means more vibrations. As temperature increases, the thermal vibrations increases causing increase in collisions of electrons and slowing down the electron flow which means increase in resistance. Hence, with rise in temperature electrical conductance decreases.
