Why is a Thing of Beauty compared to a 'DRINK' which is immortal???

A thing of beauty is considered as an immortal drink because it is like fountain of nectar which is everlasting as it comes from the heaven. The beautiful things of the nature are like a gift of god which quenches our thirst and gives us eternal pleasure.
