why is blood pressure greater in arteries than in veins???

Pressure in arteries is high because blood is actively forced into arteries by the pumping of heart hence pressure in arteries is very high while in veins blood is not powered by the pumping of heart hence the pressure of blood in veins is less than that of arteries.

because blood is pumped in arteries by the heart so it has greater pressure whereas viens collect blood from various parts and pours it into the heart which has less pressure.

Blood presure is greater in arteries than veis becaus when the heart pumps blood the bloods goes out by the arteries so the arteries have more pressure.

This is not imporant for examination of board........
