Why is dipole moment of paradichlorobenzene zero even when its lone pairs are arranged in tetrahedral manner

P-dichlorobenze molecule has two chlorine which are highly electronegative and they pulls electrons towards themselves. Since dipole moment is a vector quantity i.e., the equal and opposite pull cancels each other thereforeThe diagram may help for better visualization.

Its due to symmetry. Dipole of each chlorine cancels as they r in para position ( opp to each other).
